this is a Keeper Enforcer from Thief: Deadly Shadows. I just finished replaying it and had an itch to do some sort of something or other. experimenting with add layer in openCanvas. reminds me of that time I used chalk pastel on black watercolor paper. except not so smeary... and I don't have chalk all over my hands...
